How UrbnBox Ltd. handles the personal information you share through urbnbox.io.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a partner application we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, company, location and the details of what you want to move, store or offer. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we receive what you send there.

If analytics are switched on, we also record which pages are visited and which buttons are used, through Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. These do not identify you by name.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or plan, assess a partner application, and run the services you ask us for. We use page analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Zoho Mail. When you become a customer, the delivery details needed for a job are shared with the partner who carries or stores your goods. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our business dealings, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@urbnbox.io and we will respond.
